Sunday, 06/07/2026 10am to 5pm *vendors may enter at 8am on show days
Move-out
Sunday, 06/07/2026 5pm to 10pm
*All vendors must be out by 10 pm;
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Booth Notes
Booth includes 10’x10’ space w/ 3’ side rail, low back drapes. 1 - 8’ Skirted Table and 2 - Chairs
*Booth does not include: Carpet and electricity.
Serving Food or Beverage Vendors
To participate in our expo, you need to secure:

Special Events Permit with the Department of Health
Submit with your application.
*Security: Overnight security on Saturday night only.
*Parking: Vendors responsible for fees for self and staff.
*Decorators: ICS is the show decorator. Please contact at 808-832-2430 for your show needs, including FORKLIFT SERVICES. Vendor will be invoiced for these services ICS. A Exhibitor Instruction Packet will be emailed to you for further instructions 2 weeks prior to the show.
Vendor Bands: 5 bands will be issued per day per booth. Bands must be worn before entry granted on show days. Bands will be distributed on during move-in hours.
**Note: There will be no 8' high back drapes. Banner placements will be either on tent OR front of table. Exception is booths on side walls of exhibition hall.
