VENDORS: Please be advised that we will provide pipe and draping for your booths. However, we will not provide any tables or folding chairs. You will need to bring your own. Your tables will also need to be covered or skirted. Also, we will not provide any electricity. We recommend you use a battery power station or generator. No gas-type generators to be used inside of building.
Please decorate your booth area for the holiday season.

Saturday, 12/5/2026, 8am to 10am
*NO DRIVE-INS PERMITTED
Expo Days
Saturday, 12/5/2026 10am to 7pm
Sunday, 12/6/2026 10am to 5pm *vendors may enter at 8am on show days
Move-out
Sunday, 12/6/2026 5pm to 10pm
*All vendors must be out by 10 pm;
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Booth includes 10’x10’ space w/ 3’ side rail, 8’ back drape.
Serving Food or Beverage Vendors
To participate in our expo, you need to secure:

Special Events Permit with the Department of Health
Submit with your application. Hot foods will be limited to outside of building
*Security: Overnight security on Saturday night only.
*Parking: Vendors responsible for fees for self and staff.
*Decorators: ICS is the show decorator. Please contact at 808-832-2430 for your show needs, including FORKLIFT SERVICES. Vendor will be invoiced for these services ICS. A Exhibitor Instruction Packet will be emailed to you for further instructions 2 weeks prior to the show.
